OK, so you've written your novel. Congratulations! Have a celebration then get ready for editing.

Use the 'Export to Text' option on the Project menu. Just give it an output filename, decide whether you want to include the comments too, then click OK. Next up you can open this file in your word processor for layout, grammar and those drop-caps. (There's also an 'Export to Html' which will include chapter headings and a little formatting.)
